Review: Beaute Forest 2-Step Aloe & Cactus Moisturizing Pack

Beaute Forest 2 step aloe & cactus moisturizing pack consists of:
Step 1: Aloe & cactus moisturizing mask
Step 2: Aloe & cactus moisturizing gel cream

I love Aloe Vera as it helps in healing. Cactus helps to moisturize. The combination of aloe and cactus is perfect for me.

This was supposed to be great for use after a beach party as it supposed to soothe the dryness and discomfort of the skin that was caused by the sun.

I placed the mask for about 15 minutes. The mask has a light fragrance. I felt my skin moistened and the mask cooled my face. After removal of the mask, there was still a lot of remaining essence on my face. I did not massage them onto my face as what I normally did.

Instead, I applied the transparent gel cream as shown in the above photo, onto my face. My face was wet with essence and gel cream.

However, the gel was absorbed into my skin within the next half an hour. I only felt the gel cream still at the edges of my forehead. The gel at the forehead and cheeks area were fully absorbed.

The next day when I woke up, I did not feel anything on my face. But when I washed my face, I could feel myself washing away the gel cream off my face. It may act like a sleeping mask.

The moisturizing effect is there. However, I don’t like the hassle of applying the gel cream onto my face as I am not able to apply any other skincare onto my face after that.

Overall, the mask is above average.

Price: I cannot recall but it is less than S$2 per piece
Where to buy: Watsons
Rating: 3 out of 5
Repurchase: Do not think so as I find it a hassle to apply the gel
