Pirate Ship Sand Playground found in Buangkok Green

There are many playgrounds in Singapore but there are not many sand playgrounds left. Hence, I’m very surprised to find a pretty new playground situated on a sandy ground.

As a mother, I don’t like my children to play in a sand playground as I need a lot of time to clear the sand from their bodies and their clothes are often dirty. However, I also know that it’s good for children to have sand play and they enjoy playing with the sand.

Thanks to Pokemon Go that I have found a sand playground as I was walking from one PokeStop to another.

This sand playground is located in front of Block 979C Buangkok Crescent along Buangkok Green.

The children can play tic tac toe, make music with the drum or learn to tell time with the clock.

Bright colours that attract children.

It’s a Pirate Ship!

Children can climb and slide down.

This playground has endless fun for the children.

There’s are benches at both ends of the playground for parents to rest.

Check it out!
