Review: Sister Diary Natto Collagen Mask

I bought this box containing 10 pieces of Sister Diary Natto Collagen Mask at the Guardian Health & Beauty clearance sale last year. It should be about S$7 for a box.

The box looks simple and the affordable price attracted me to purchase. I know I’m superficial. I always buy boxes of masks based on the boxes designs.

Most importantly, I need the firming and hydrating effect that this mask supposed to have.

The product was invented by a Japan company but manufactured in Taiwan.

It uses a technology to derive Botanical Collagen extracts. The super tiny particles penetrates deep into the skin, helps to maximize skin regeneration by increasing collagen. It claimed that it effectively improve skin firmness and elasticity for more radiant and youth look.

Using Japanese Natto extracts that helps to promote collagen secretion, increase intensive hydrating ability, SOS your thirsty skin and provide long lasting lock in moisture effect.

I actually waited till I use the final piece of mask to write this review. (Not to see the long term effect since I didn’t use it continuously and use other types of masks during this period. It’s more because I was lazy to review.)

I have different effects for the 10 times that I used the mask. The first time I tried it, I didn’t like it because I didn’t feel my skin moistened compare to other hydrating masks. However, as I was compelled to finish using all the 10 pieces, I started to find the mask more moisturizing.

The mask was soaked with essence and was dripping when I took out from the pack. I placed it for 20mins. I had to massage the remaining essence on my face.

I felt my skin moistened but the effect was gone very fast. I felt my skin slightly tightened. Maybe that’s the firming effect?

Price: Usual price around S$14.90 for a box of 10s
